Washington, D.C., October 7, 2026
Mrs. Nicole Yolande EBAMA, Cultural and Educational Affairs Counselor, and Mrs. Élisabeth Ambroisine OKONDZA, Political Counselor, took part in the Welcome Coffee held on October 7, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
This gathering, designed to welcome new members of the Diplomatic Corps and strengthen professional ties among foreign missions accredited to the United States, brought together numerous diplomats, institutional representatives, and local partners.
The Welcome Coffee provides a privileged space for informal exchanges, allowing:
- the presentation of the missions and priorities of various embassies;
- the integration of newly arrived diplomats into Washington’s institutional environment;
- the promotion of cultural, educational, and political cooperation among foreign missions;
- the identification of opportunities for collaboration with American and international stakeholders based in the federal capital.
The participation of the Embassy of the Republic of the Congo in this event helps reinforce its visibility within the Diplomatic Corps, highlight its cultural, educational, and political initiatives, and strengthen working relationships with institutional partners in Washington.
