During the General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly, held at the Organization’s headquarters in New York, His Excellency Mr. Constant Serge Bounda, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie, and Congolese Abroad, voiced the position of the Republic of the Congo before the international community.
