The Embassy of the Republic of the Congo extends its heartfelt thanks to Oneness Family School in Chevy Chase, Maryland, for the honor of taking part in United Nations Day 2026 on Friday, October 23rd, 2026.

We were moved to see our national flag carried proudly alongside those of more than eighty nations, and to witness the joy and curiosity of the students, who represent around seventy nationalities.

Events like this remind us that diversity is one of humanity's greatest strengths. The Republic of the Congo remains firmly committed to multilateralism, to dialogue, and to cooperation among nations, because lasting peace and shared progress depend on building bridges between people of all backgrounds.
